Pathway to Prosperity is a Goal Setting to Acquire Money

What is Money and Wealth? Everybody wants money, some people are looking for money, everybody is crying for money. The richest businessmen are also looking for more and they cannot render help for needs. But amazingly, most people don’t know what money is. if you are looking for what you don’t know and how it looks like then how you will recognize it when you come across it. Therefore, you need to understand what money is. Please don’t ever think the paper in your hand or pocket is the money you are looking for, is just a paper with legal backup. From the point of view, money is defined as legal tender. Rich and wealthy people don’t just see money as a legal tender; they see it in a different perspective. For you to understand money’s principle and how to acquire it, we need to go back to the history and emergence of money. Before the money concept was invented, people were using trade by barter. For instance if you have tuber of Yam and you need chicken, you need to look for someone who will exchange your tuber of Yam for Chicken. With time that became difficult and complex which now brought about the paper money.

To Get Rich You Need To Know These Facts About Money
Money is a medium of exchange, it simply means you must have something of value to give or render that people are ready to pay for, if you want to get rich then look for something of value that people are willing and ready to pay you for. It can be a product that people are looking to solve their problems or it can be a talent or gift that God has given to you or the area of knowledge you have acquired either through formal or informal education.

Everyone has the right to be wealthy. Yet, most of us allow a temporary lack of money eat into our minds, literally confining us into the vicious cycle of poverty. One of the Law of Abundance states “People are poor because they have not yet decided to be rich”. So long as you manage a conscious decision to become wealthy and have utmost faith that you can achieve it, you act accordingly to what you believe. Say “Yes” to getting wealthy today! And say it with conviction. To acquire money you must involve yourself in desire products. For example, you can practice the following area:

·        Do online trading.
·        Choose the type of property to invest such as real estate property.
·        Buy a property at a lower price and sell it when the market goes up.
·        Invest in fixed deposit account and buy share.
·        Become a consultant in any field of specialization.
·        Get a good mentor who a financially mature and learn from them

Finally, you need to know that money is reward for solving a problem: they are many organizations/people/States with various degrees of problems and they are looking for someone who will evaluate it and solve it out for them. Don’t just sit at home blaming government for your unemployment, look around your neighbourhood and ask yourself for a problem you can solve that people are willing to pay you for.  Move in to part of the property and rent out a portion. Not only do you build equity, you might even have a positive cash flow to put towards your business. If you are employed don’t just continue acquiring liability in place of assets but look around for what you can invest your money into that can give you extra income, play the game by the rule, money will definitely follow you.

Simple Techniques of Raising a Rabbit for Table Food and Profitability

Simple Techniques of Raising a Rabbit for Table Food and Profitability

Rabbits are popular because they breed quickly and healthy doe can produce eight litters of six rabbits each year. That is about 90 kilograms of meat a year at an average of 2kg per rabbit. The meat, when cooked taste likes poultry meat. ‘’Rabbit Curry’’ and ‘’chicken curry’`  taste similar and Rabbits are a good source of low-fat protein.

It is essential to keep the buck and does in clean, dry, safe hutches before you begin breeding them. To breed a doe, put a female into the cage with the buck-male.  Mating is good especially early in morning or evening when it is cool. Watch her carefully to make sure she mates. It should take only two or three minutes. If she does not mate you can try again later. After she has mated, put her back in her own apartment.
Thirty-one days after mating, her litter will be born- ‘’Kindling’’ (the process of giving birth in rabbits). Three days before the baby rabbits are doe, give the mother a nest box where she can give birth. Put a litter soft, dry grass in the box and the mother will mix it with her own fur. There are usually six to ten (6-10) babies in litter. In some special breed cases, it is possible to find up to 12 babies. It is necessary to compare these with the nipple number on the doe. Once it is insufficiently less than that of the litter number, then it is best to ‘SHED’ i.e. reducing the babies in the litter so as to tally with the nipple number of the doe’s breast.
The baby rabbit will not open their eyes for about two weeks. Do not touch any of them, you will affect their body odor and the mother will not feed them. If you must touch them, rub your hands over the mothers first. That way, you will not change the odor of the young ones.
The rabbits will be ready to eat in only four months time. You can wean them at two months of age. When the baby rabbits are weaned, it is time to cross the doe again. Though mating can be carried out immediately after kindling because of their unique ovulation nature. Feed them for four more months and, when they weight two kilo (2kg), they are big enough to eat.
Feeding:  Rabbits eat almost anything and you can cut grass or gather weeds. If the forage is wet when you cut it, let it get dry for a few hours before using it. Otherwise the rabbits may contact diarrhea and may even die. Kitchen scraps, sweet potatoes vines, bread crusts, and carrot tops. It is important to note that Potato Tops are poisonous to rabbits and to most animals.
Compounded feeds in good rations are good for the rabbit. An example of Compounded feed ration is the Growers’ mash. It makes them to grow faster and stronger than when placed on grass alone. It is especially good for does producing milk.

Process of Putting in Your Resignation at any organization

Process of Putting in Your Resignation in any organization

Whether you've loved your job from day one of you've been digging an escape tunnel under you desk for the past three years, eventually the day arrives that you leave one job in pursuit of a new opportunity. How you leave a job, though, can be just as important as what you did while you were there: a bad exit can undo all of your hard work and even tarnish your professional reputation. Here's how to put in your resignation gracefully so you don't burn any bridges you may need down the road.

Tell Your Boss First
Most of us have a best friend at work, and if you're going to be leaving a company, it might be tempting to tell that person (and a few other favorite co-workers) that you're making an exit. But in case you haven't noticed, even the best, most professional offices tend to resemble high school cafeterias, complete with cliques, tattletales, and gossip that spreads like wildfire. Do yourself and your boss a favor and let him or her know before you tell anyone else. If word gets around that you're leaving before you have a chance to formally tell your superior, it could hurt your chances of getting a reference or recommendation.

Give Appropriate Notice
We all know that two weeks is the standard amount of time you're expected to give before you leave any position. But if you're in the middle of a major project, or if you're in an upper-level position that will take awhile to fill, additional notice will be greatly appreciated by your employers. For senior level positions, giving four to six weeks is a generous notice that will give your employers the lead time they need to start finding your replacement. If you're in the middle of a major initiative, try to see the project through to completion if possible.

Offer to Help Find Your Replacement
While it's certainly not required, offering to help find your replacement will be helpful to your employers and ensure you leave your position on good terms. After all, no one knows your position better than you, and by putting out some feelers to your professional, social and alumni networks, you may be able to find a great candidate for your job. If the match works, you've not only helped out your previous employer, but a business contact who may be able to turn around and help you in the future.

Document Everything
You might work in an office that has process documents and charted work flows for every assignment, which means your successor will have a road map for doing your job. If you're like most of us though, your day-to-day projects and duties may not be written out in a step-by-step, "how to" format. Take the time to create these documents before you leave your position, and then share them with your boss. If it's going to be awhile before they have someone to replace you, make sure that someone in your office knows how to do the daily, crucial aspects of your job that could stall your organization if they're not done correctly.

Write a Resignation Letter
If you're office doesn't have a set of formal HR policies, make sure to write a letter of resignation and give a copy of it to your boss and hiring manager to put in your file. While it may not seem necessary, especially if you have a good working relationship with your employers, this protects you in the future if anyone wants verification of why you left your position.
By following the steps above, you'll leave your employer in a good position to find your replacement, and yourself in a good position to get the recommendations and references you'll need for your next career move.
