Don’t just sit at home blaming government for your unemployment, look around your neighbourhood and ask yourself for a problem you can solve that people are willing to pay you for.  Move in to part of the property and rent out a portion. Not only do you build equity, you might even have a positive cash flow to put towards your business. If you are employed don’t just continue acquiring liability in place of assets but look around for what you can invest your money into that can give you extra income, play the game by the rule, money will definitely follow you.
